The economy is slowing down and our family's incomes are being tightened. In order to survive, we all need to plan ahead. How do you think you will make it? So start making a plan. Planning is the only way. Make on and stick to it.

These are stressful times when your income reduces and the expenses increase.Gas costs have risen, food prices have risen. Paychecks have stayed the same. People are looking for a way to make quick money to replace what you had.

There are organizations out there available to hep. There are charities set up at churches and local food banks to provide you with groceries and rental assistance. Some can give you a free meal or money for groceries and gas.

Remember to apply for unemployment benefits. If you have paid into unemployment through your former job you are surely eligible for benefits. There are local Dept of Labor offices that can give you information on additional benefits that are available.

You must learn to cut back on all unnecessary expenses. Cancel the cable, the DVD rentals, the trips to movies, the salon and the car wash. Trade in the large gas hog and buy a small cheaper car and drive less.

You can earn money at home working on the internet. There are many contract positions out there. Check them out carefully. There is a lot you can do without investing any money. Be sure it is not a scam though.

What else can you do to get the things you need, when youare going to one income? Set a plan of action on how long you give yourself to find a new job and what you will do if that doesnat work. Budget out your costs and wheat can be cut. Also have someone you can go to if you need a short or long term loan.

You can barter or trade your services.If you need more informatio, search the internet to learn more about how to do this. Sometimes you can get things done with out using money. There are a lot of people doing this.
